This international bank with strong European roots is seeking the services of an experienced Global Equity Derivative Documentation analyst with a strong market awareness and a good working knowledge of equity derivative products and ISDA.

The role is predominantly responsible for the all incoming queries however the role will involve some confirmations and chasing Equity Derivative Documents. The OTC Equity documentation team is part of the Global OTC Derivatives Operations Department located within the firms London and Mumbai offices. Derivatives Operations product coverage to include Interest Rates, Structured Interest Rates/Options, Inflation, Commodities, Credit and Equity across the firms global network.

Main Responsibilities:

-To accurately check equity derivative confirmations provided by Counterparts
-To resolve any discrepancies between the firms documentation / risk management system and counterparty documentation.
-Chase counterparts for incoming documentation not received in a timely manner


As a minimum you must have a good understanding of OTC Equity Derivatives products as well as a clear understanding of the 2002 ISDA Equity, Derivatives Definitions, and Equity Master Confirmation Agreements. You must also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
