This renowned international top tier investment bank is looking for a Documentation Officer with previous working experience of Lending Documentation. CSU provide credit operational support to CIBM relationship managers regarding credit applications, limits, security, etc. and technical advice/guidance. The main aim is to ensure the efficient processing of credit applications particularly where it relates to the execution of new business developments.

Purpose of role is to undertake security and documentation work in conjunction with the credit application process for CIBM, in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities Include:

*Identification and reconciliation of security held by the bank
*Update and reconciliation of security details on CARM applications
*Liaising with Securities Processing Centre ('SPC')
*Check security items, and prepare/submit instruction forms to SPC
*Updating 'Security And Documentation Incomplete' (SADI) and working security at risk reports.
*Origination of requests, and initial checks of presence and enforceability of security.
*Lodging and withdrawal of security items with SPC
*Preparation of facility letters as required
*Advise to RM teams where dispensation is required
*Proactive liaison with (G)RMs/Associates and related business areas.
*Undertake specific security processing duties on behalf of real estate sector team
*Assist in specialist shipping activities as required
*Assist in ad hoc reconciliation's (eg. review of credit systems etc as need arises)
*Assist other teams within CSU as required
*Resolve basic credit documentation/security queries on a day to day basis.

This role would ideally suit someone who has previous securities documentation experience and is looking to further enhance their skill set within this particular discipline.
