Experienced Compliance Analyst required for an international investment management organisation. Due to a period of steady growth they have expanded the monitoring programme and are looking for a Compliance Analyst to join the UK compliance team.

As a Compliance Analyst you will ensure planning, completion and reporting of Compliance Monitoring reviews according to schedule and to the required standard as to methodology, accuracy and presentation. You will review and investigate issues identified through monitoring. work. You will report monitoring findings to business units and work with management to progress issues arising.

The successful candidate will also assist in planning with other members of the Compliance team and, on occasions, Internal Audit staff. You will assist in performing the review and compiling reports. You will ensure that the reviews and reports are conducted to a high standard and that findings are communicated to management within the business. As a Compliance Analyst you will provide regulatory advice to the business as and when requested.

To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you should have at least 1 years compluiance experience in financial services. As a Compliance Analyst you should have strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with staff at all levels. You should be well organised and be able to work to tight deadlines.
