A Global Fund Manager based in the City are looking for a Marketing Analytics and Database Specialist. This organisation is one of the world's largest fund managers with offices in 11 countries and a 3,600 strong workforce..

They offer funds focusing on active, index and asset allocation strategies, liability driven investment, currency strategies, cash management, securities lending, hedging strategies, transitions and commodities trading.

This position is responsible for the maintenance of an integrated database marketing system for iShares Europe. This person plays a critical business role as the owner of all marketing data for the European marketing team.

As the Marketing Analytics and Database Specialist you will be responsible for;

-Serve as the primary point of contact for the European iShares Database, identifying opportunities to improve marketing systems and data management.
-Work with the European sales team to develop segmentation strategy within the iShares database to improve customer selection and criteria base so that it meets marketing and sales needs.
-Responsible for the data management for the European lead management program and all analytics pertaining to client acquisition, upsell and retention.
-Responsible for all marketing analytics projects

Ideally the successful candidate will have solid experience in database marketing support and analytics. Also prior work experience with integrating data feeds from various systems into the workflow from various inputs including databases, e-mail, web reporting tools, fulfilment and other sources.
