A Client Services Administrator is required for a premier provider of hedge funds.

As a successful client services administrator, you will be responsible for providing sales support and client support services, focused primarily on the company's German-speaking client base, but also covering Spain, Switzerland and other areas as required.


Key responsibilities will revolve around communication with clients: you will deal with client contact on a daily basis, ensuring duties such as price requests, literature requests, and general fund info (min subs, fund codes, dividend info, deal cut off points etc.) are dealt with accordingly, in a timely manner. You will also identify potential new contacts, and complete monthly, quarterly, & ad-hoc questionnaires.


The ideal candidate will have solid industry experience within a similar role. The role requires fluency in both English and German (Spanish and French would be advantageous).
