A leading global investment banking, securities and investment management firm that provides a wide range of services worldwide to a substantial and diversified client base that includes corporations, financial institutions, governments and high-net-worth individuals is seeking a market aware Asset Servicing Client Service Analyst.

The Client Service Group consists of 7 people with people performing similar roles in NY and Hong Kong. The team provides an Asset Servicing interface to the various business units that operations supports.

You will interface with colleagues across the other Asset Servicing teams (globally) and also have extensive interaction with counterparts in the business unit.

Key Day to Day responsibilities of this role will include

*Timely and accurate response to queries raised by direct hedge fund clients and other business units.
*Management of relationship with client through daily communication.
*Risk management & reporting - the monitoring of various reports for distribution to clients and senior management within Asset Servicing.

You must have general Asset Servicing knowledge over multiple products to include derivatives, dividend, corporate actions, fixed income and proxy voting.
