International Premier Financial Services Group with strong European roots is seeking the services of a talented Deal Reporting Analyst with a proven background in Transaction Banking.

Within this role your primary tasks will be to provide the Transaction Banking (TB) Senior Management with accurate and useful global and regional deal pipeline reports utilising the deal pipeline data in the CRM system as well as other regional/local pipeline tools.

The main reporting tool used to consolidate this information is a MS Access database. The deal pipeline is the cornerstone for running the TB business to track and monitor opportunities and effort throughout the lifecycle of a deal. Ancillary responsibilities would be to provide 2nd line functional support for the deal pipeline input system.

Your key responsibilities will see be:

*Creation of new reports for Management, and ensuring accuracy of the information contained in the reports
*Running, verifying and distributing existing reports;
*Assisting with the further development of the pipeline tool
*Technical & functional Support for CRM and reporting tool
*Supporting proper governance of deal input
*Assisting with training of users on deal input
*Liaising with variety of TB staff, including: Sales, Implementation, Management and Finance

Ideally you will have strong Excel skills with an emphasis in visual basic. It would be advantageous that you have worked with various reporting systems in previous roles. You will have the ability to engage and build relationships within the business as well as have the ability to ask the right questions of managers to ensure the reports are what they actually need.
