If you are standards driven person who strives for excellence and have experience as a Risk And Margin Specialist with a wide array of product knowledge across major markets then we want to hear from you.

You will be responsible for areas such as checking all feeds and files coming into the margin system, running client margin groups, analysis of equity moves and monitoring margin requirements, issuing margin call letters, the release of client cash payments, controlling set up of margin groups in the Margin System and explaining margin requirements on securities/equity strategies to clients and Client Services. You will also be required to look into improving the day to day margin process and creating better controls around this process including issue tracking and resolution of trade errors and static data errors and produce management reports.

The margin group is responsible for ensuring the firm does not get exposed to market risk from hedge funds as a result of trading activity through Prime Brokerage.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Monitoring integrity of all feeds and files coming into the margin system.
*Analysing PB account equity and margin requirements moves, issuing margin calls. Explaining these to client service and sometimes client directly.
*Approving client cash/stock payment requests
*Controlling set up of margin groups in the Margin System
*Explaining margin requirements on securities/equity strategies to clients and Client Services
*Look into improving the day to day margin process and creating better controls
*Produce management reports for senior management within PB

You will have a wide product knowledge and a clear understanding of operational market risk.
You will be a team player who has good excellent communication skills both written and oral. You will be driven and willing to always learn and question new processes, transactions.
