An excellent role for a Monitoring and Testing Team lead in this leading financial institution.
Working with the Monitoring and Testing Manager, you will develop and implement the Corporate Monitoring and Testing Framework, including development of key risk/performance indicators, preparing templates / tools for summary reporting of monitoring and testing results, and development / implementation of testing methodology and tools. Dealing across EMEA, and reporting into the US office, this is a global position that will incorporate operational risk, audit and compliance monitoring.

Key responsibilities in this role are:
- Conducts and documents monitoring and testing reviews to assure compliance and adherence to regulations and internal policies. Follows established global policies, procedures and standards for Monitoring and Testing activities.
- Detects and advises Monitoring and Testing management and/or Business Unit management of potential compliance or operational risk issues and recommends changes and/or enhancements to improve efficiencies in procedures.
- Assists others with less experience or knowledge of specific topics
- Applies analytical skills to review information and determine potential control weaknesses or exceptions to policies / processes.
