A deputy customer account manager is required for an international stockbrokers. The role is based in London.


The deputy customer account manager is responsible for covering all the same duties as the customer account manager in their absence; this involves the management of the data processing and broker account transfer employees.


Key accountabilities will be to ensure that appropriate technical and compliance standards are set and met for all operations areas, including full contingency planning. You will monitor resourcing for all account management teams, including effective recruitment, management, allocation and utilisation of people. You will also ensure all transfers and account openings are completed in a timely manner.


Good, solid relevant experience in a customer service environment with knowledge of transfers, account transactions, general back office and stock broking is required for this role. The candidate will demonstrate strong supervisor or management skills. Relevant professional qualifications are desirable.
