Our Client is a leading TFM service provider with a host of blue chip clients across UK and EMEA. This is a new role, working with a major financial services client - delivering building fabric, M&E, refurbishment projects from £10,000 - £1million in value within Corporate office environments.

Successful candidates will be experienced PM's, excellent methodology and project life-cycle experience. Strong client relationship management skills are key. You will be highly organised, excellent attention to detail, strong budgetary management and reporting experience. Candidates will be willing to travel across the North West with a firm base in Cheshire. The role offers excellent career prospects. Those candidates seeking the higher salary bracket must be able to demonstrate strong people management skills.
