HR Systems Analyst - London

20,000 to 25,000 plus benefits plus bonus
Exciting role suited to a professional with good PC / Excel and preferably Business Objects skills.
Role:
- Create, lead, manage and develop Operational effectiveness and Management Information
- Design, implement and analyse MI making appropriate recommendations for Operational efficiency
- Manage the production and analysis of regular and adhoc MI to senior stakeholders, making appropriate recommendations to drive performance improvements
- Contract with stakeholders around all aspects of MI production/delivery and action planning
- Identify trends in MI/data and highlight areas of differential performance to stakeholders with recommendations for improvement.
- Continually seek to improve the quality of MI provided by reviewing the effectiveness of MI on a regular basis and seeking feedback
- Build confidence of stakeholders and the divisions in the quality of MI and analysis produced
- Build a detailed understanding of performance/metrics and be able to communication this in an effective and proactive manner
Person:
· Awareness of employment and diversity legislation and the Data Protection Act.
- Understanding and adherence to banks policies and regulations
- Microsoft office including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- HR systems and reporting tools
