Senior Clerk Income - London - £competitive


The London base of an eminent securities and investment banking arm of one the world's largest banking groups requires a senior clerk to deal with all aspects of income.


The income department forms an integral cog in the asset servicing wheel and securities services. They manage the balancing, collection and payment of all income derived from fixed income products for custody clients, and are also responsible for reconciliation and control.


The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of coupon and redemption processing across a variety of domestic and international markets and products.


Main duties/responsibilities will be to run daily custodian income projection reports and reconcile to internal projections. This includes coupon calculations, amortised and partial redemption calculations. Other duties include reconciling income received on pay date and monitor any delayed payments.


Some income experience would be useful, but is not essential as full training will be given. The ideal candidate must demonstrate good organisational and record keeping skills, and solid academic qualifications would be preferable.
