A leading Asset Management and Securities Services Company, based in the City are looking for an Organisational Development Coordinator to start immediately.
Our client is uniquely focused to help their clients manage and move their financial assets and succeed in the rapidly changing global marketplace.
As a OD Coordinator you support the management of all logistical aspects of internal programme delivery: including participant registration, confirmation, facilities scheduling, facilities and participant co-ordination and Management Information, assist IOD Advisor in data collection: ensures training records are maintained, to enable production of training statistics, record training spend: process and manages all incoming invoices from external suppliers and loyalty agreement accruals, organise and schedule training events, maintain good working relationships with all staff and customers and promote a professional image at all time, update and maintain the IOD training database,support the IOD Consultant in developing the training function, provide adhoc administrative duties to support IOD team as required.

You will have similar experience gained in a corporate environment, and preferably have experience of delivery of OD workshops.
