Outstanding opportunity for experienced Team Managers to join a leading global provider of investment management products and services. With a great depth and breadth of expertise, they help clients achieve their goals through a wide array of strategies, in every major sector and asset class through various distribution channels. Their clients include some of the world's leading corporations, governments, unions, foundations, endowments, mutual funds and high net worth individuals.

An an Investment Operations Team Manager you will responsible for managing, leading and motivating a team of 10 individuals.

Specific duties will include:
-Monitoring the workload of team members ensuring funds are processed in a timely manner
-Providing guidance to less experienced staff
-Distribute income held within unit trust & OEIC funds managed on behalf of investors
-Reconcile fund income
-Ensure payments are made timely and accurately
-Act as point of escalation for staff and client management team, ensuring that issues raised are dealt with promptly and appropriately.

To be considered for the role of Investment Operations Team Manager it is essential that you have a a detailed understanding of investment operations including business processing and regulatory activities. You should have proven management experience and be able to demonstrate the ability to manage time effectively. The successful candidate will have good planning and organisational skills with a strong customer focus and delivery.
