Leading Fund Management firm currently require talented Operations Analyst to join. Our client is a forward-thinking organisation which enjoys a first class reputation as an employer of choice in the investment operations market. As they seek to develop their Investment Management Operations a position has been created for an individual to take responsibility for managing the day to day relationship with suppliers and to manage the internal and external query management function. This is a diverse role which will see the Operations Analyst attend weekly service review meetings with third party suppliers, conduct root cause analysis and process improvement activities, manage enquiries from the business on data received from suppliers and administrative tasks such as reporting on overdraft positions. This role interacts with all levels of the business and as such will offer the successful applicant with a high profile and good platform for developing a career with the firm. For this role my client is seeking applications from candidates with knowledge of investment operations interactions and flows, fund knowledge and a good awareness of regulatory requirements. This experience could have been gained in a 3rd party administration environment or fund management firm and professional qualifications such as IAQ or IMC highly desirable.
