A Global Custodian based in Docklands are looking for a Registration Administrator to join the organisation. This company specialise in providing asset servicing solutions and asset management to both institutional and personal clients. The delivery and services to this client base is supported through a network of offices around the globe.

You will work as part of a small team, providing bespoke customer service for a major fund provider. This team forms part of the larger Transfer Agency department. Following instructions from various areas you will process purchases, sales and redemptions of mutual benchmark and commingled fund trades. Input various fund transactions to client accounts as required.

As the Registration Administrator your main responsibilities' will be;

-Following instructions via paper and telephone initiate the purchase, sale and redemption of fund trades using electronic systems, within scheduled timeframes.
-Interprets information regarding different types of funds including mutual, benchmark, commingled and collective to ensure accurate processing of fund transactions.
-Investigates and resolves enquiries and exceptions.
-Monitors and reports on various fund transactions.

Ideally the successful candidate will have experience in dealing with Investment Collective schemes within financial services.
