This desirable, challenging opportunity has arisen from one of the world's largest and best-known investment banks. The Project Analyst position is based in the London Docklands, to work within the securities data management department.


Securities data management are responsible for the asset setup and pricing of securities across numerous systems for both the fund accounting and custody business. The project team are responsible for a variety of pricing and data related projects such as new business, regulatory market changes, vendor implementation, system enhancements, internal initiatives and client requests.


The key responsibilities for this role focus upon client understanding, forward planning, strategic influencing, and a drive for excellence. As a successful project analyst, you will understand the client/business requirement, anticipate obstacles, ensure requirements are aligned with the bank's strategic direction, ensure targets are set and ultimately achieved, and show the ability to champion good ideas and initiatives.


Experience in global custody or fund administration is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be a team player but will also have the ability to work on an individual basis using their initiative and forward planning. They will show an understanding of client requirements through detailed documentation and will look towards the strategic plans of the company when suggesting solutions.
