London - City (Kings Cross Area)
£38,000 to £45,000

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Property Manager to move into an in-house role within a property company who hold a portfolio of approx 1500 commercial properties across London and the UK, including office space, retail and industrial units.

Based form the company's Head Office near Kings Cross, the Facilities/Property Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial properties across the City with responsibility for both hard and soft services, the management and re-tender of contracts, managing service charge budgets and health and safety. The Facilities/Property Manager will be a point of contact for escalated issues on-site and managing projects for properties within their portfolio. The Facilities/Property Manager will be supported by an Assistant FM, so experience of or having the ability to manage members of staff will be advantageous.

The successful Facilities/Property Manager will have experience within a similar role, managing a portfolio of commercial properties. The Facilities/Property Manager must have a knowledge of service charges, along with experience of managing contracts and H&S.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Facilities/Property Manager, looking to move into an in-house role and gain hands-on experience with more responsibility and autonomy.
