This Leading Custodian based in the City seeks a Business Analyst/ Project Manager for a four month contract.

*The position will report to a senior Quality Project Manager and as directed responsibilities will include:
*Project plan and tracking documentation
*Establishment and tracking metrics
*Data research and analysis
*Project Administration
*Facilitate communication between project participants
*Other project related tasks as directed by the Global Quality PM
*Production of Project Documentation including:
*Production of Overall Project plans covering
*Detailed tasks
*Timing of tasks
*Apply a clear tracking system which has clarity and is transparent to all stakeholders
*Identifies critical milestones and analysis of critical path
*Includes risk rating in terms of targets met identifies status of tasks
*Project Administration & Communication:
*Set up and coordinate stakeholder meetings
*Preparation & distribution of project related material including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio and Excel
*Assist in Communication of all matters surrounding the project including status, to all stakeholders
*Establish and coordinate regular, clear means of two way communication between project members and key stakeholders
