UK Retail Sales Manager - London


A leading provider of spread betting indexes in the UK requires a UK retail sales manager


We are looking for a self-motivated, professional and enthusiastic person to work with minimal supervision to lead and manage the Retail Sales team


The individual will have particular responsibility for motivating the UK Retail Sales team to reach and exceed targets, to generate and analyse statistical data to identify where improvements are needed and to monitor calls and provide quality assurance of sales calls, in line with product and Compliance.


Management experience within Sales in a similar industry and product knowledge of Spread betting / CFD / FX is essential. If you have Excellent 'man management' skills and can take on and achieve stretching challenges, targets and project deadlines, please apply.
