An excellent opportunity for a HR Analyst (Financial reporting)has arisen at one of the largest Financial Services groups in the world, based in the City for an immediate start.

Our client brands operate around the globe and down your street to provide banking services for individuals, businesses and institutions.

The HR Analyst will be responsible for:
Preparation, management and reporting of the Global Human Resources costs for agreement and onward submission to key Human Resources Stakeholders, Preparation of journals, tracking actual's against budget / forecast, reconciling balance sheet, financial reporting to HR cost centre managers raising any concerns and dealing with related queries, updating cost schedules for HR programmes, statement reconciliation of cheque book suspense account, discussions with UK HR Business Partners to understand requirements, collating spreadsheets, representing HR at internal budget meetings, uploading figures to system and explaining variances and growth through budget roadmap's and queries, liaising with overseas HR teams to communicate budget requirements and for their submissions to be included in global submission to HR Director & Finance, raising queries where necessary,tracking significant HR invoices, settlement of appropriate invoices, follow up outstanding corporate payments, work with Finance & HR Managers on the preparation of HR costs and headcount numbers for all change controls as required, cost forecasting and time sheet inputting for integration resources into financial reporting systems, point of contact for all ad hoc finance related queries that arise from Global Markets HR UK population.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an understanding of Finance and Human Resources data and the Global Markets business, and will have system knowledge of Walker, People Soft, Business Objects, Khalix, Microsoft Office especially Excel.
