A Head of Marketing Programmes is sought by an eminent, world-leading investment bank.

As part of the investment management division the international marketing team is responsible for all EMEA marketing activity, including institutional, intermediary, and consultant channels. As a core service, marketing drives client engagement through structured programs and differentiated thought leadership to support client acquisition and promotion.

The successful head of marketing programmes will ultimately be responsible for marketing programmes' contribution, quality, productivity, reputation and team cohesion. This means they will drive and oversee the successful execution of industry-leading conferences, events, webcasts and sales initiatives partnering closely with internal teams.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent consultative abilities for networking, navigating and partnering with executive management and across firm's region and divisional boundaries are essential. You will demonstrate significant problem solving abilities with consistently strong people, project and time management skills, including development of short- and long-term priorities for yourself and the team

Significant experience in relevant field demonstrating excellence at managing a large team is required for this role. It is the perfect opportunity for a seasoned strategic marketer who exhibits a passion for marketing.
