A customer focused Facilities Helpdesk Administrator is required by a global FM Service Provider to be based on the FM helpdesk at their clients prestigious offices in the City.
The client who is a banking organisation, are looking for a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator who is a true communicator and people person, with excellent customer service and organisational skills. The successful Facilities Helpdesk Administrator will have strong IT skills, with some knowledge of relevant FM helpdesk systems for example concept or remedy and will have a good track record wittin customer service roles.
The Facilities Helpdesk Administrator will be ambitious and articulate with a keen interest in forging a career within afacilities management, within a global company who provide endless opportunities.
