Business Analyst - Docklands - £20ph - £25ph

This is a great opportunity for a Business Analyst to work for one the world's leading Custodians based in Canary Wharf.

This Corporation is the world's leading provider of financial services to institutional investors. Their broad and integrated range of services spans the entire investment spectrum, including research, investment management, trading services and investment servicing.

The main purpose of the business analyst is to gather and analyse information received from the various business units, specifically investment management and fund accounting operations, in order to respond to Client queries.

The main responsibilities for the Business Analyst role includes:

- Collates and prepares weekly and monthly management information statistics
- Collates and prepares weekly and monthly client presentations
- For escalated client issues ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
- Continuously monitor overall service provision to ensure that agreed service levels and KPIs are being achieved.
- Ensure Senior SSC management is kept appraised of all significant problems / issues - affecting the Client Relationship
- Review service delivery and assist the business in identifying process gaps
- Responsible for the collation and monitoring of all related information to support the - Client Relationship function - SLAs, invoices, rate cards, contracts, new opportunities

The successful candidate must have:
- A broad and in-depth understanding of the Financial Services industry, gained through working in a variety of discipline
- Business analysis experience.
- Experience of client meetings
- Understanding of standards, methodologies, processes, systems and technology necessary - to support Financial Services operations.
- Experience of writing Client presentations
