A superb opportunity has arisen with a leading Fund Management House for a career-minded individual to join their thriving Investment Services department.

In this well-rounded and progressive role the successful applicant will be providing pre and post sales support to private investors and IFAs in a customer focused environment.

Duties will involve handling inbound calls from clients to provide valuations, fund performance information, taking queries relating to commission payments and professionally handling all pre-sale enquiries. The incumbent shall be expected to develop an in-depth knowledge of investment products and recognise influences on the financial markets to aid the provision of a complete and professional first point of contact for clients.

A superb telephone manner and the ability to provide accurate reports and letters are essential skills for this role. Financial Services experience is also highly desirable for this position. Candidates must have PEPS/ISAS experience.

This is a temp contact for approximately 6 months with an hourly rate of £8.00per hour, dependant on experience.
