An Event Analysis Support Clerk is required for a world-leading global custodian.


Based in the London Docklands, the purpose of the role is to effectively monitor, review, control and allocate all incoming global corporate event instructions / information for all markets, from all sources.


In addition, the job will cover the distribution and despatch of any outgoing notifications not automatically sent by facsimile.


Principal accountabilities will focus upon the allocation of corporate event information. This will be achieved through allocating all incoming electronic messages relating to a corporate event to the appropriate processing team, event analysis team or other business unit. You will monitor, review and send all outgoing corporate event information, and control, sort and distribute all corporate action notifications.


The role demands solid organisation and time management skills. Corporate actions experience is highly desirable. The candidate will ideally have experience of event analysis, and those with vendor experience will also be considered.
