Manager, Corporate Actions - Surrey - £30ph

This excellent opportunity for a Corporate Actions Manager has arisen within a highly respected Investment Management company with over 40 years industry experience & over $200 billion worth of assets under management for institutional clients and private investors.

The Corporate Actions team is responsible for identifying, tracking, processing & reporting any Corporate Actions and Dividends which effect any security position held by retail an institutional funds.

Daily tasks will involve:

- Ensuring timely conclusion of all corporate action entitlements
- Checking of all corporate action processing
- Monitoring status of mandatory and non mandatory corporate actions
- Resolution of queries arising from corporate actions and escalating where necessary
- Maintaining relationships and communication between corporate actions and stakeholders
- Monitoring and ensuring timely resolution of custody reconciliation breaks

You will have strong experience of Corporate Actions to Manager level within a Financial Services institution and be looking to make your mark in a challenging, yet rewarding environment.
