Investment Banking
45-55k p.a + 28 days holiday, Bonus, Private Healthcare

A market leading Investment Bank is currently recruiting for a Graduate Recruitment Manager to join their growing team. The role will report to the Global Head of Recruitment and will have three direct reports. The successful candidate will have proven track record in Graduate recruitment or in a Generalist role in a financial services environment.

The role
- Liaise and understand the needs of relevant stake holders and graduate sponsors through out the business, understanding their needs and expectations
- Overview the on-boarding process and training in key business units.
- Lead annual review of selection and assessment methodology across the business.
- Manage, ensuring effective co-ordination, of marketing strategy within Campus recruitment.
- Manage the development for the Graduate development program across business units.

The person/requirements
- Ideally educated degree level or equivalent. CIPD qualification is an advantage but not essential.
- Financial services experience is essential, experience of working in a front office business unit would also be advantageous.
- Dealing with Global initiatives would also be preferable.
