A presentations associate is required for a leading institutional money manager, who provide clients with the highest quality investment management services. The role is based in London.


This position functions as part of the client servicing / marketing team, a core component of the bank's marketing communications group, which develops internal and external communications for the company. Associates work closely with investment professionals to create customized print and PowerPoint presentation materials for use in client and prospect meetings.


Responsibilities include creating and updating materials from an array of database sources. You will create customized client-servicing and prospect presentations, as well as print and bind various style materials. You will gather data using various internal and external applications, and manage several presentations & projects with tight deadlines.


Strong analytical skills and graphic design fundamentals are required. You will demonstrate excellent time-management, multi-tasking, organization and communication skills. Ideally, you will have strong academic qualifications in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or accounting disciplines. Good experience in a financial firm is required.
