A highly prestigious and respected asset management house requires an institutional business executive within their successful sales & marketing team. The role is based in London.


The main purpose of this position is to enable institutional sales representatives to pursue new business in the field. The institutional business executive works closely with institutional sales representatives, providing support to sales persons and prospects/clients throughout the sales funnel from initial contact, to point of sale, to after sale.


The business executive will tend to tenders, questionnaires, and consultant databases, and be responsible for receipts, responses, completion and co-ordination. They will design, provide content for, and produce powerful presentations. They will be the first point of contact on institutional fund specifics and performance, ad hoc response to queries and questions.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate good knowledge of institutional market/client base, particularly investment products and buying & decision-making process in this market. Reasonable knowledge of the regulatory environment is required, as are good writing skills and confidence with numerical data. RFP experience is essential.
