Senior HR Project Consultant
Leading Wealth Management Business
60,000 to 65,000 plus generous package plus bonus

Senior role requiring strong Project and People Management skills. The role holder will be leading, directing and managing the delivery and embedding of a portfolio of large and complex projects and managing a team of project HR consultants.

Role:

- Lead the programme management of the delivery and embedding of a portfolio of projects, in conjunction with the relevant sponsors
- Ensuring key project milestones are delivered to plan
- Management/escalation of key risks and issues
- Coordinating appropriate resource allocation
- Managing portfolio budget or cost/benefit
- Shape the HR strategic agenda to add maximum value to the business
- Manage and engage multiple stakeholders to ensure that business needs are correctly analysed, HR solutions are best fit and that there is the appropriate level of business consultation, involvement and support to ensure successful project implementation.
- Proactively manage the performance, development and delivery of HR Consultants within the team and across the pool to help raise the bar and enhance HR capability.
- Challenge duplications of efforts, effect synergies, champion best practice, to create a joined-up and complimentary set of HR solutions to the business.
- Help HR to become a more business-focused, customer-responsive and a highly valued business service.

Person:

- Experience of working in a complex business or consultancy environment
- HR Programme management experience
- Relationship management experience gained at a Senior Management level
- Experience of matrix people management
- Experience of coaching and developing people
