An excellent opportunity exists for a Sales Consultant to join a growing and innovative Property Investment organisation, based in Edinburgh City Centre.

In joining this company, the Sales Consultant will be required to drive the business forward - through new business growth and expand existing business - by providing one of the most innovative Business Solutions available in the market.

The duties require for this Sales Consultant role are:

* Pro actively develop new business through sales leads, cold calling and research
* Develop existing relationships through presentations, tailoring solutions, and really understanding client needs
* Work towards Sales Targets following an established sales strategy
* Working as a team to maximise all business opportunities
* Providing a professional and quality service at all times
* Ensuring all Regulatory Bodies and requirements are adhered to


The relevant skills and experience required for this Sales Consultant role are:

* Prior experience in a field based Business to Business Sales role (within property sector advantageous)
* Top notch communication skills, being able to fully understand client needs
* Proven track record in Meeting and Exceeding Targets
* Ability to use MS Office and CRM packages
* Ability learn new processes quickly together with being a quick thinker
