Senior Data Processing administrator is required for an International StockBrokers, the role is based in London.
The data processing administrator is responsible for setting up new clients and updating static data on the firm's internal systems. The data processing administrator will be responsible for additional administration duties within customer account management. The data processing administrator will report into the customer account manager.
Key accountabilities will be to manage the set up, and maintenance, of customer accounts by supervising volumes of applications, and correspondence, received on a daily basis and distribute accordingly, as well as validate receipt of cheques, and ensure over subscriptions are reviewed daily.
Previous experience in financial services is essential for this position, as well as relevant work experience in a customer service environment. An IAQ merit award would be highly beneficial
