A Manager for Cash & Control is required for an established, leading surrey-based mutual fund manager.


Cash & Control are responsible for the reconciliation of securities and cash across many retail and institutional accounts, worldwide. Cash reconciliations are performed on a daily basis with the securities reconciliations being completed monthly.


The manager is required to manage a team responsible for: reconciliation of cash held by retail and institutional funds with custodian banks and resolution of discrepancies; reconciliation of cash between internal systems and resolution of discrepancies; management reporting; and production of statistical information.


Proven experience within reconciliations, preferably in the investment industry, is required. You will demonstrate solid, proven managerial skills - encompassing delegation of work, people development, performance, appraisals, etc. You should be accurate and numerate, and an understanding of swift would be helpful.
