Experienced Fund Administrators with an understanding of pricing and fund accounting required for leading corporate and investment bank who are committed to being the best financial services provider in the world.

As a Senior Client Services Officer within Fund Pricing you will work as part of the Edinburgh client services team and will act as the interface between clients, the operations team custody operational units and custodians utilised by clients. You will also interact with Account Management regarding the continued development of client relationships.

The Senior Client Services Officer will lead a small team responsible for all daily contact with a large challenging, fund services client. You will interact with client via a range of media and in person through meetings and other joint forums. You will be expected to take proactive responsibility for the resolution of enquiries within agreed standards.

In this role you will also analyse the root-cause of recurring issues through regular reviews of metrics, and assist in developing programmes for service enhancements arising from these figures. It will also be your responsibility to produce weekly/Monthly service and KPI based MI for presentation to analysis by the client. You will proactively manage issues raised by clients and assist in the change process.

To be considered for this Senior Client Services Officer role within Fund Pricing it is essential that you are an experienced Fund Administrator and have a proven track record delivering a timely, quality service to clients in a funds services environment. You should have experience of managing and motivating a small team. Ideally you should have or be working towards your Investment Administration Qualification.
