Associate - Performance Improvement Consultant

Associate- Performance Improvement Consulting positions based in Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds
You would be involved in different projects which would include providing support to the project manager and engagement manager in all aspects of administration and delivery. Research and analysis will also be a key part of your role, as will communication through team meetings, discussions, presentations and general contact with clients.
A considerable amount of time will be out at a client's site as part of the project team. Your clients could be right next to the office, or they might be 150 miles away, or even in another country. This means that travel is a big part of a career in Performance Improvement Consulting. Once there, you will be part of the team, which means working with, and learning from, people at the top of their profession. Over time you will be working with different clients in different locations and with different teams - so you will need to like the change and variety that this brings.

Requirements
Analytical and numerate
It is fundamental that you are flexible, open-minded and team-oriented to become successful in this role.
Ideally previous commercial experience
