Our Client is a leading global property consultancy with an enviable portfolio of blue chip clients. This role is client facing and strategy based, encompassing property portfolio advice, feasibility studies relating to green investments, green design principles and CSR strategies specifically in relation to buildings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the sustainability consultancy side of the business and therefore need experience of managing people, driving a business forward and liaising closely with clients and internal resources.

This role will suit someone with consultancy experience, able to demonstrate technical and commercial capability and someone who wants a more challenging and stimulating role working on complex real estate strategies with major blue chip clients.
