An Operations Associate is sought by a multi-strategy absolute return investment management company.


The operations associate will work within the operations team, and will be responsible for trade matching and prime broker reconciliation at a hedge fund manager. The role involves static data maintenance, matching trades with counterparties, transaction and reconciliation.


Key responsibilities will be to ensure trades booked in order management system are released in portfolio administration system on a timely basis. The operations associate will ensure trade matching and prime broker trade instructions effected for all securities, FX, and other instruments traded.


Knowledge of fixed income and credit derivatives, as well as experience in DTCC is required for this role. As this is a trade booking and reconciliations based position, we seek professional candidates of graduate calibre with ideally a background in equities.
