A manager for RFPs & presentations is required for a specialist asset management business focused on developing and managing innovative investment products. The asset management house offer a range of investment strategies across categories including Asia Pacific and global Emerging Markets, global resources and global equities, property securities and infrastructure.


The RFP manager is responsible for managing the daily workload of the RFPs & presentations team and is the initial point of contact for all RFPs/RFIs and presentations. This is a hands-on role that will require the incumbent to contribute to production as well as to be responsible for the oversight and management of the team.


Specific accountabilities will be to manage & motivate the RFPs & presentations team by ensuring all presentations developed by the team are delivered on time, are fair and accurate, of good design quality, appropriately reflect investment philosophy & process, and position the firm's products and portfolios to the best possible advantage to maximise client retention and new business opportunities.


A sound knowledge of the investment management industry, and of investment markets and instruments is essential for this position, and ideally candidates will have impressive hands-on RFP experience. A relevant professional qualification such as the IMC or equivalent will hold the candidate in good stead.
