Investigations Analyst - Docklands - £15ph - £17ph

This is a great opportunity for a Investigations analyst to work for one the world's leading Custodians based in Canary Wharf.

This Corporation is the world's leading provider of financial services to institutional investors. Their broad and integrated range of services spans the entire investment spectrum, including research, investment management, trading services and investment servicing.

The Investigations Analyst main duties will include:

- Supply daily & monthly KPI's
- Investigate and resolve cash reconciliation discrepancies (across multi clients & custodians)
- Validate cash and stock holdings positions on SSIMS records to counterparty records
- Investigate unmatched items and liaise with other teams (internal and external to SSIMA) for resolution
- Monitor and "chase" other teams for ongoing resolutions
- Investigation and resolve monthly debit interest charged to funds
- Investigation and resolve market interest claims
- Report progress to line manager, escalating relevant issues
- When required, support a test environment for reconciliation as part of a conversion team (includes validation of test results)

The ideal Candidate for the Investigations Analyst role must have relevant experience in reconciliations or investigations within an Asset Management environment. The successful candidate for the Investigations Analyst role will ideally have achieved passes in both GCSE Maths and English, good problem solver and the ability to demonstrate numeric skills.
