Based at this iconic British sporting ground this role focuses on assisting the Recruitment Manager in the successful recruitment of personnel for all company events.
Role:
- Ensure that all staff are always suited to the positions offered to them and that they are of the highest calibre
- There is a requirement to liaise consistently with all operational parties to achieve this
- Assist with all administration required achieving the most effective performance of this department and others as required
- Proactively make new, and building on existing, contacts
- Explore new and diverse ways of recruiting and retaining a database of staff; commanding loyalty as much as possible in order to grow a large and loyal team
- Assist with staff and management training, briefing and inductions to events and the company culture in order that they provide the highest standard of service
- Ensure that all staff are always well presented with reference to personal deportment, dress and etiquette
- Process employee remuneration efficiently
- Ensure that all employees receive accurate remuneration and that all records are in kept in a comprehensive manner
- Undertaking any financial analysis as requested
Person:
- Previous experience within HR Administration or Recruitment Administration
- Excellent organisational skills
- A friendly and cheerful approach to all challenges
