A Client Service Representative is required for one of the world's largest publicly traded investment management firms.


The role of the account management group is to act as primary contact between the firm and their client base. As a member of account management group, you will be expected to develop a deep understanding of your client's mandates and will work closely with senior account managers in providing a high quality service to clients.


Responsibilities will be to support the senior account managers in the preparation of client reporting material, interaction with portfolio managers and other operational areas in the firm. You will answer enquiries from clients and account managers sourcing data from the proprietary systems. You will also deal with administrative enquiries, as they relate to client management, liaising with the relevant middle office and operations areas.


For this position, we seek candidates with experience gained in financial services, ideally asset management with basic product knowledge. Previous client service experience, within asset management, is essential. An IAQ or IMC qualification (or equivalent) is essential as threshold competency is essential for this position. Candidates who have not attained this level will be required to complete this within 18 months.
