Our Client is a leading Financial Services Provider who are continuing to rapidly expand their Glasgow operations. Being part of this growing team, this is an opportunity for an experienced people manager with a background in investment operations to further develop their career whilst driving forward processes and ensuring excellent levels of service to clients.

The role holder will be accountable for managing a team of individuals who are responsible for the reconciliation of all stock and cash belonging to clients across diverse client segments including private bank, private clients and investment managers. The reconciliations manager will ensure delivery of all standard reconciliation processing in accordance with internal and external FSA requirements. Managing all direct reports, you will ensure an excellent service to clients, ensuring that all reconciliation queries are investigated and resolved whilst working in a continual improvement environment.

Individuals interested in the role of reconciliations manager should be used to managing teams within a reconciliations arena and will demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and develop others. The role holder will create, prepare and control management information related to the team and have the ability to interact and communicate with staff across all levels.
