A leading Investment Bank based in the City is currently searching for a new Compensation and Benefits Manager to manage the payroll and compensation aspects of the business, reporting directly in to the HR Director for the UK. The role will oversee a client base of approximately 600 based across London.

The role
- Oversee the running of the UK payroll, supervising two members of staff and managing the relationship with the outsourced payroll provider
- Control and support HR planning process in Compensation reviews and provide key management information across the business.
- Ensure, through periodic review and consultation with internal and external sources, that the business remains competitive in the market place with regards to all levels of compensation and benefits

The candidate
- A proven track record in Compensation and Benefits.
- Degree educated or equivalent. CIPD qualification would be an advantage
- A strong track record of management and planning
