One of the UK's largest Asset Managers based in the City are looking for an MI and Systems Analyst to join them immediately.
Our client manages money for private investors, pension funds, insurance groups and other institutions.
The MI and Systems Analyst will be responsible for producing the monthly headcount and MI and circulate on time, preparing and analysing KRI's and cost data for inclusion in the various monthly committee papers, gather and compile monthly and quarterly Board papers, managing the HR system upgrades (such as reward and recruitment), liasing with the HR team and IT, maintain and ensuring that any SAP system upgrades are relevant for the business, participating in any Group project groups, forums or steering groups in relation to SAP or other HR systems, manage smaller projects and provide support where required on some of the major HR projects, manage Stakeholders involving close liaison with key stakeholders in HR team throughout the project lifecycle, building strong working relationships and managing expectations,support team with ad-hoc reporting using Excel and SAP, manage the department intranet site making suggestions for improvements and ensuring that all data is put on the site accurately and in a timely fashion and managing the external HR Internet site, making suggestions and managing key stakeholders.
