Equity Portfolio Administration - City of London - 25ph

Equity Portfolio Administrator required to join a leading Asset Manager with 1.4 trillion under management & over 4,500 employees worldwide. Daily duties within this established Equity Portfolio Administration team will include.

- NAV calculation for a large number of Equity portfolios
- Liaising closely with Fund Managers, Custodians & Performance Measurement Analysts to
resolve client queries
- Reconciliation & production of valuations, reports & schedules to tight deadlines
- Periodic reconciliation of securities & cash positions on a daily basis
- Assist with the migration of funds on an ad-hoc basis
- Assisting with project based work by contributing to improvements & enhancements in order to
streamline processes within the business.

The ideal candidate will the following

- Good financial services experience gained within Asset Management
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well within team environment

This is a great opportunity to work closely with Portfolio Managers & develop knowledge of Equities, work in a busy team along with long-term career prospects within Equity Portfolio Administration. The ideal candidate will be keen to come in on a temp basis but with a view to be part of the business for the long-term.
