This renowned, international Retail Bank is looking for an enthusiastic HR Business Analyst to join them.

A leading global corporate and Investment bank, this retail division is committed to being the best financial services provider in the world.

This key role will see you supporting the design and implementation of the business processes for the ePayround solution, which is built in SAP and used to manage the annual pay and bonus review process globally. You will be expected to analyse and evaluate current business processes and align these with minimum standards for control and service.

You will ideally have an in depth knowledge of HR processes, and strong analytical skills, and be able to deliver information and concepts in a timely , effective and authoritative manner. You will also have experience of managing projects to strict deadlines and have a strong understanding of the Financial Services sector.
