• Change Project Consultant

• City of London £50 - £55 p/a Contract

One of the largest privately owned Insurance and Reinsurance Broking Groups based in the City of London are looking for a Change Project Consultant on a 6 month contract basis.

The Change Project is aimed at Improving efficiencies and cost effectiveness of the front-end operations within the Lloyd's Brokers. The project remit encompasses all divisions Non Marine/ Marine and Aviation/ Reinsurance/ Professional Risks and UK Wholesale.

Skills

- Significant experience in a Broker Back Up or Account Executive role
- Some understanding of the London Market systems and procedures
- Management or supervisory experience preferable
- Strong influencing and communications skills and a positive attitude
- Good IT skills with prior involvement in projects involving the implementation of electronic files

Temporary contract - Initially for a period of 6 months. This may be extended, and success within the project may lead to permanent employment.
