A Facilities Administrator is required by a leading corporate, based in the City in prestigious offices with views across the Thames. The Facilities Administrator will support the facilities team through administration, including dealing with contractors, invoicing, report-writing, minute-taking, diary management and will also be involved in event management and ensuring that an overall excellent facilities service is provided within the office.

The successful Facilities Administrator will have a keen interest in facilities or property, will be a true team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and will have a confident personality, along with a sense of humour.

It will advantageous if the Facilities Administrator already has experience working as part of an FM team within a corporate environment. The facilities Administrator must also have excellent IT skills with a sound knowledge of window packages including excel and PowerPoint.

This is an exciting role for an ambitious administrator with a keen interest in property/facilities to step into a varied and challenging role.
